Confidence Labs
For social anxiety

You already rehearse in your head. Practice out loud instead.

Rehearse is a private place to practice the conversation you keep replaying — out loud, with an AI that plays the other side. As many times as you need. No audience. No judgment.

Private by design: no social feed, no one hears you but the AI, and your voice is never stored.

A man practicing a conversation out loud at home, alone with his phone

You already rehearse. Just silently.

11:40 pm. Replaying the meeting where you stayed quiet.
Tomorrow’s thing. You’ve already had the conversation ten times in your head.
“Just be confident” isn’t advice. Practice is.

Why I built this

There was one thing I could never think my way through — the moment I actually have to speak. The meeting where I stayed quiet. The conversation I rewrote in my head all night, before it happened and again after.

Social anxiety doesn't care how smart you are. It just closes your throat.

You can't think your way out of it. You have to say it out loud. But you can't practice on the people you're afraid of. So I built a private place to practice — an AI that plays the other side, out loud, and tells me exactly what to fix. No audience. No judgment. Just reps, until the fear wears itself out.

Now I say it once here, and I walk in like I've already done it. Because I have.

Freeform mode — describe the conversation you're dreading

Any conversation you're dreading.

Asking for a raise. Small talk at a party where you only know one person. Telling your roommate about the dishes. A first date. Whatever it is, type one sentence and you're in a live voice conversation with an AI persona who plays the other side — it listens, responds, and pushes back the way a real person would.

  • A personalized plan of ten scenarios built around your real life
  • Group conversations with up to four AI characters, when one voice isn't the hard part
  • Upload your slides or notes as a PDF and rehearse the talk, with realistic questions after

Feedback that's specific, not just nice.

When the conversation ends, you see what worked and what to try next time — with a full transcript, so you can read exactly what you said instead of replaying it in your head.

There are no badges and no guilt. Rehearse tracks how you rated your own confidence before and after each session, which scenarios you've gotten through, and the real-life challenges you've completed. Proof you're changing, not streaks.

  • A traffic-light timer winds sessions down naturally, like real conversations do
  • Ten distinct AI voices, with difficulty settings you control
  • When you're ready — only then — it nudges you toward small real-world challenges

Questions

How long is a session?

Ten minutes, maximum. A traffic-light timer winds the conversation down naturally — like real conversations end — so practice stays a small, doable thing rather than an open-ended commitment.

Is this therapy?

No. Rehearse is a practice tool for building social confidence through repetition — like a batting cage for conversations. It is not therapy or a substitute for professional mental health care. If you're working with a professional, it can sit alongside that as a place to get your reps in.

Is it private?

Yes. There is no social feed, ever, and your sessions are yours — we don't sell your data. Your voice is processed to run the conversation, not stored. Practice the awkward stuff without an audience.

Do I have to talk to real people?

No — that's the point. Every practice partner is an AI, so nothing you say is heard by a person. Real-world challenges exist in the app, but they're optional and only suggested when you decide you're ready.

What does it cost?

Your first sessions are free. Rehearse Pro unlocks unlimited daily practice, all personas and voices, freeform scenarios, and full analytics — $14.99 a month or $99.99 a year, cancel anytime.

Is it on iPhone?

The iOS version is in App Store review now. Today, Rehearse is available on Google Play.
